Description

Boat

Philippines Aggressor is a 41 metres long, 8.5 meters wide spacious dive yacht, designed and powered for comfort, safety and stability, and maintained to the specifications of the local regulatory agencies and the regulations of the country of the Philippines. It is diesel powered, cruise at 10 knots and have 220V and some 110V power onboard.

Philippines Aggressor features a beautiful spacious air conditioned salon on the upper deck, there is an entertainment center includes a TV, DVD and music player and an assortment of movies, games. If you have a favorite movie, digital presentation or a video to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The crew especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.

The menu aboard is varied and plentiful, with fresh local fruits and veggies, island seafood, and local grown meats serving local suisine and American feasts, and barbecues. If you have any special dietary requirements, please tell our booking agent know, so the chef can adequately prepare to meet your needs.

On the upper deck, there is also a shaded open air lounge area with open view on the sea, and for those who enjoy the sun there are cushioned benches for relaxation. In addition, there is an hot jacuzzi, stereo (has an IPod plug-in) and a shaded wet bar located on the sun deck.

Philippines Aggressor 's dive deck is spacious and well equipped with personal gear lockers and in place fill station. Diving amenities include Nitrox, individual dive lockers, camera table with low-pressure air hoses, and two hot, fresh water showers on the dive platform.


Cabin

Philippines Aggressor has 12 cozy guest cabins, it can sleeps up to 24 guests in privacy and comfort.

All cabins have independent air-condition, private bathroom, closet and drawer space, monitor with media player and hair dryer.

3 Balcony Suites (# 10 - 12):
Located on the upper deck, each cabin comes with one king bed or 2 single beds side by side. These suites have a private balcony with sliding glass door, panoramic window.

4 Deluxe Plus Staterooms (# 6 - 9):
Located on the main deck, each cabin comes with 2 single side by side beds or a King bed, as well as a panoramic window.

2 Deluxe Staterooms (#1 & 4):
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with 2 single side by side beds, 2 circular windows and a porthole.

3 Deluxe Staterooms (#2 & 3 & 5):
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with a single bed and a double bed side by side, 2 circular windows and a porthole.


Diving

Itineraries

Tubbataha Itinerary: (March - June)

Day 1 : Prearranged pick up from the airport 4 – 5 PM for transfer to the Yacht for boarding. Guests may board between 4 – 6 pm. Everyone must be onboard by 6 pm. Dinner is served at 6:00 followed by an orientation and yacht safety briefing. (12 - 15 hour crossing)

Day 2 - North Atoll : Jessie Beazley Reef

Day 3 - North Atoll : Possible dive sites: Malayan Wreck, Malayan Wreck, Seafan Alley, Terraces

Day 4 - South Atoll : Possible dive sites: Delsan Wreck, Triggerfish City, Southwest Wall or Staghorn Point

Day 5 - South Atoll : Possible dive sites: Black Rock, Black Rock, T Wreck or Ko-Ok, Delsan Wreck

Day 6 - North or South Atoll : Possible dive sites: Jessie Beazley East, Jessie Beazley West (Night Crossing to Puerto Princesa)

Day 7 - Puerto Princessa Port : Optional: Early am - 2 macro dives at Puerto Princesa area. Afternoon: Rest & Relaxation

Coron and Apo Reef

Best time for diving
November to May is considered the best diving season, with generally calm seas and optimal visibility. The dry season runs from October to June, offering the most stable weather conditions. Diving is possible year-round, but July to September may experience stronger winds and rougher seas due to the southwest monsoon. Visibility typically ranges between 15 – 30 meters, and currents are usually mild, especially in Coron, while Apo Reef can experience moderate currents.

About temperatures
Air: generally ranges between 26°C – 32°C year-round.
Sea: warm throughout the year, usually between 26°C – 29°C.

Wetsuit Recommendation
A 3 mm wetsuit is recommended year-round. Some divers may prefer a shorty during the warmer months.

Diver requirement

Embarkation / Disembarkation
Most liveaboards embark and disembark in Busuanga / Coron (USU). Some itineraries may start or end in Batangas or Puerto Galera, especially when combined with other destinations. Please ask our agent to confirm the exact port for your selected trip.

Wetsuit Recommendation
A 3 mm wetsuit is suitable year-round. Some divers may prefer a 5 mm during longer dives between December and February.

Tubbataha Reef

Best time for diving
March to June is considered the best season for diving in Tubbataha, as the seas are calm and visibility is excellent, often between 20 – 40 meters. Currents can be moderate to strong, making some sites more suitable for experienced divers. The park is closed from mid-June to mid-March due to rough seas during the rainy season.

About temperatures
Air: generally ranges between 28°C - 34°C during the diving season.
Sea: warm all year round, around 27°C - 30°C.

Wetsuit Recommendation
A 3 mm wetsuit is usually sufficient, although some divers prefer a 5 mm for longer dives or early-season trips.

Diver requirement
