Quino Del Mar is a state-of-the-art, Coast Guard-approved liveaboard, custom-built in 2025 specifically for divers seeking comfort, style, and adventure.

Measuring 118’ in length with a 26.5’ beam (36 meters long and 8 meters wide), this sleek vessel combines modern elegance with cutting-edge technology, including built-in and external stabilizers, ensuring a smooth, safe, and unforgettable journey.

Quino Del Mar offer freshly prepared "fine dining" quality that combines Mexican flavors with international dishes, guests are ypically served five times a day to ensure they remain energized between dives.

Complimentary beer and wine are served after the final dive of the day. Unlimited water, coffee, tea, fruit juices, and canned soft drinks are available throughout the day.

Quino Del Mar offers a spacious salon with oversized furniture, TV, and computer station for entertainment or planning your next dive.

Dive deck designed for smooth, stress-free gear preparation. And there is the large, fully-equipped camera table for underwater photography. Bathrooms on the dive deck and in the salon, plus 2 freshwater showers.

Quino Del Mar also has an outdoor patio with coffee and beverage station, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the upper deck,

A shaded sun deck with comfortable loungers for soaking up the sun and the top deck also has an outdoor kitchen and serving area for casual meals or alfresco gatherings.


Cabin

Quino Del Mar has a total of 10 private staterooms accommodating 20 guests :

All cabins are with its own private ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as ample storage space, including drawers, for personal belongings. And the onboard outlets are 110V with US-style plugs.

2 Double/Twin Cabins (#7 - 8) :
Located on the upper deck, each cabin comes with two XL twin beds that can be converted into a single king-size bed, windows.

6 Twin Cabins (#1 - 6) :
Located on the upper deck, each cabin comes with two XL twin bunk beds in "L" shape, windows.

2 Double/Twin Cabins (#9 - 10) :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with two queen beds side by side, ideal for friends or family traveling together.


Diving

  • 3 to 4 dives per diving day, depending on conditions.

  • All divers must have a submersible console (SMB).

  • No dive provided on the day of arrival and departure.

  • All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.

  • Divers must reach AOW with at least 50 logged dives for Socorro.

  • All divers will be provide with Nautilus Lifeline GPS devices.

Socorro Islands

Best time for diving
November to May is considered the best time to dive at the Socorro Islands, with the peak season from December to April. During these months, the water conditions are ideal for spotting large pelagic species such as manta rays, whale sharks, and dolphins. Visibility typically ranges from 20 to 40 meters, with strong currents possible, especially around the cleaning stations.

About temperatures
Air : generally ranges between 24°C - 30°C year-round.
Sea : vary from 21°C - 26°C, with cooler waters from December to April and warmer conditions from May to November.

Wetsuit Recommendation
A 5 mm wetsuit is recommended for most of the year. From December to April when water temperatures can be cooler, a combination of a 5 mm full wetsuit with a 3 mm vest may be needed.

Diver requirement

Sea of Cortez

Best time for diving
June to November is the prime time for diving in the Sea of Cortez. This period offers the best visibility and a higher chance of encountering diverse marine life. While the Sea of Cortez is diveable year-round, diving conditions are typically more favorable during these months with visibility ranging from 10 to 30 meters and mild to moderate currents.

About temperatures
Air : Generally ranges between 25°C - 35°C year-round.
Sea : range from a low of 21°C in the winter months, to a high of 26°C in the late fall and spring months. But strong current fluctuations mean that there can be cooler water below.

Wetsuit Recommendation
A 3 mm wetsuit is recommended for most of the year. In cooler months, you might consider a 5 mm wetsuit for added comfort.

The Mexican & Colombian crew were amazing, the food was delicious and the dives great.
