Central Atolls & Baa

Maldives Master 7 and 10 nights Central Atolls and Baa itineraries takes you to some of the best dive sites around Baa Atoll and through the northern Central Atolls. The areas and dive sites covered depend largely on the itinerary duration but will include Baa Atoll, North Malé and North Ari. Other areas that we may also visit include Lhaviyani Atoll. Manta rays, eagle rays, grey and white-tip reef sharks and an abundance of colourful reef fish are just some of the encounters you can expect on these itineraries.

Mandatory Requirements: Open Water with Deep Diver (30 metres) certicfication and a minimum of 30 logged dives. Divers should also have experience and be comfortable diving in medium to strong currents.

Central & Southern Atolls

Covering large areas of both the central and southern Maldives, this one way itinerary covers plenty of ocean and some fantastic diving along the way. South Male, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu, and Huvhadoo atolls all feature on the route. With ocean currents feeding many of the channels on the itinerary, incoming nutrients mean healthy reefs and an abundance of sea life. From beautiful soft corals and colourful invertebrates to schooling jacks, tuna, sharks, and rays; this trip never fails to deliver.

Far South

Even by Maldives standards, the Far South liveaboard itinerary is something special. Cruising around the southernmost atolls of the Maldives, you will dive on both sides of the Equator. Beautiful coral reefs, exhilarating walls and channels, and vibrant marine life are waiting on almost every dive. Fuvahmulah Atoll is unique! A UNSESCO designated biosphere reserve, it comprises a single island and is renowned for silver tips and tiger shark encounters. As far south as you can go within the Maldives, Addu Atoll boasts one of the archipelago's best manta points and the largest shipwreck - The British Loyalty. Strong currents are to be expected on the majority of dives throughout the Far South itinerary, but the rewards are worth it!

Keith Lewis, 26/08/2018

Good boat and dhoni, everything working. Great boat and dive crew, food good. Cons: 26 divers from one dhoni, too many divers in the water at one time but despite that it was very well organised.
