Built in 2024, this contemporary vessel has been designed to provide smooth cruising and spacious living areas, allowing divers to enjoy some of Thailand's finest underwater destinations in complete comfort.

Life onboard follows the relaxed rhythm that makes liveaboard diving so enjoyable. Spacious outdoor decks provide the perfect place to admire spectacular sunrises over the Andaman Sea, relax between dives or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while cruising towards the next destination. The comfortable indoor saloon is fully air-conditioned and serves as the central meeting point for dive briefings, meals and evening conversations with fellow divers.

Freshly prepared meals are served buffet style throughout the cruise, featuring a combination of authentic Thai specialities and international cuisine. Divers enjoy several meals each day, together with snacks, seasonal fruit, tea, coffee and drinking water, ensuring plenty of energy for the busy diving schedule.

Designed entirely around diving operations, Krishna 2 features a spacious dive platform with individual equipment stations, rinse tanks and convenient water access. The experienced captain, boat crew and professional dive team work together to ensure every dive is organised safely and efficiently, allowing guests to focus entirely on exploring Thailand's remarkable marine life.

Whether cruising through the granite reefs of the Similan Islands or searching the blue waters around Richelieu Rock for whale sharks, Krishna 2 provides an excellent platform for discovering the very best diving the Andaman Sea has to offer.

Itineraries

Krishna 2 cruises through Thailand's Andaman Sea during the diving season, offering carefully designed itineraries that combine the country's most celebrated dive sites with the comfort of a modern liveaboard. Departures generally explore the legendary North Andaman route, while selected cruises venture further south to discover the colourful reefs surrounding Koh Lipe and the Southern Andaman Islands.

Each itinerary has been planned to maximise diving opportunities while showcasing the extraordinary variety of underwater landscapes found in Thailand. From spectacular granite pinnacles and thriving coral gardens to deep offshore reefs where pelagic species patrol the blue, every destination offers a unique diving experience.

Similan Islands

Recognised as Thailand's premier marine national park, the Similan Islands are the highlight of every North Andaman expedition. Their crystal-clear waters, dramatic granite boulders and flourishing coral reefs provide an unforgettable setting for divers of every experience level.

Dive sites such as Elephant Head Rock, West of Eden, Christmas Point and Three Trees combine swim-throughs, colourful reef slopes and impressive underwater topography. Marine life is equally diverse, with turtles, Napoleon wrasse, reef sharks, octopus, moray eels and countless schools of tropical fish regularly encountered throughout the archipelago.

Koh Bon

Just beyond the Similan Islands lies Koh Bon, a destination renowned for deeper walls and exciting encounters with larger marine species. Its famous western ridge attracts schooling fish throughout the season and serves as one of Thailand's best-known manta ray cleaning stations when conditions are favourable.

Divers frequently encounter giant trevallies, barracuda, snappers and fusiliers cruising above the reef while keeping a watchful eye on the open water for graceful manta rays passing effortlessly through the blue.

Koh Tachai Pinnacle

The offshore pinnacle of Koh Tachai is widely regarded as one of Thailand's most exhilarating dive sites. Rising dramatically from deep water, this submerged reef attracts powerful currents that support an abundance of pelagic marine life.

Schools of giant barracuda, rainbow runners, tuna and giant trevallies circle the pinnacle, while reef sharks are regular visitors. During the appropriate season, lucky divers may also encounter manta rays or even whale sharks, making every dive here both exciting and unpredictable.

Richelieu Rock

Richelieu Rock stands among Southeast Asia's most iconic dive sites and is often considered the jewel of Thailand's Andaman Sea. This isolated horseshoe-shaped pinnacle is covered with colourful soft corals and sea fans, creating an extraordinary habitat for both macro life and large pelagic species.

Photographers can spend entire dives searching for frogfish, ghost pipefish, seahorses, nudibranchs and harlequin shrimp hidden among the reef, while larger schools of snapper, fusiliers and jacks fill the surrounding water. During whale shark season, Richelieu Rock offers one of Thailand's finest opportunities to encounter these magnificent gentle giants.

Koh Lipe & Southern Andaman

On selected departures, Krishna 2 explores the quieter waters of Thailand's Southern Andaman, where remote reefs and colourful coral gardens offer a completely different diving experience.

These less-visited sites provide excellent visibility, healthy coral formations and abundant marine life including turtles, reef sharks, eagle rays and large schools of tropical fish. Their peaceful atmosphere makes them particularly attractive for divers looking to discover another side of Thailand beyond the famous Similan Islands.

A Typical Diving Day

Life aboard Krishna 2 follows a comfortable rhythm designed around the diving schedule. The day begins with a light breakfast before the first morning dive, followed by a full breakfast while the vessel cruises towards the next destination.

Additional dives are scheduled throughout the day with generous surface intervals for relaxation, photography and enjoying freshly prepared meals. When weather and local regulations allow, the day concludes with an exciting night dive before guests gather for dinner and prepare for another day exploring the remarkable underwater world of the Andaman Sea.

With up to four dives each day, experienced dive guides and a modern liveaboard designed specifically for scuba divers, Krishna 2 offers an enjoyable way to experience the very best of Thailand's world-renowned diving.
