Boat

Bugis is a thoughtfully crafted Indonesian wooden phinisi liveaboard designed for comfort, sustainability, and relaxation at sea. Built in 2022 with eco-friendly principles, this vessel measures approximately 27.2 m in length with a 6.2 m beam, allowing generous space for both social areas and guest facilities.

Bugis prioritises a low environmental footprint with extensive solar-powered electricity, minimal generator use, and natural ventilation throughout the cabins and shared spaces — creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere on board.

On the main deck you’ll find a shaded open-air lounge and dining area, perfect for meals, conversations, or board games while soaking in the panoramic sea views. The upper deck features a semi-covered social space with a bar and sun-soaking zones ideal for yoga, sunbathing, star-gazing, or sunset cocktails.

Bugis cruises with a cruising speed of around 8 knots, powered by a reliable Mitsubishi engine, and is supported by essential systems including radar, GPS, watermaker, and tender for shore and water access.

Meals aboard are prepared daily with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, blending Indonesian flavours with Western influences. Guests enjoy full board dining throughout their journey with flexible menus that change with local market availability.

Cabin

Bugis has 4 guest cabins, accommodating up to 8 guests:

All cabins are located on the main deck and benefit from natural ventilation via large windows and cross-breezes, keeping cabins cool without air conditioning. Each cabin includes an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, reading lights, ample storage, and eco-friendly toiletries.

4 Guest Cabins :
Located on the main deck, each approx. 8 m², each cabin features a double bed plus an upper bunk, large sea-view windows, perfect for couples or a small family share.

Diving

• Scuba diving is available on private charter ONLY.
• Usually no more than 2 dives per day in small group.
• No dive provided on the day of arrival and departure.
• All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
• Snorkeling gear, kayak, SUPs, Yoga mat available for use.
