Boat
Navaimaa is a 26.3 meters long Azimut 85 motor yacht that launched in 2008 and was fully refitted in 2018 again. It is a mobile home on the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen with bar facilities and accomplished chef will ensure that those late-night hunger pangs are taken care of. The generous dining cabin allows for dining in comfortable splendor and the eclectic salon and multiple sundecks are perfectly suited for you to unwind in elegant comfort.
The main salon offers a long contoured couch across from a settee with a coffee table in between. Out on the aft deck, there is al fresco dining and lounge chairs. Bow sunpads are fitted for relaxation, while the upper deck features a 4 person Jacuzzi
The chef offers Maldivian BBQ and international dishes. And the boat also can offer soothing shisha minty or creamy that could go around well into a night of catching up with friends or family. Or perhaps you prefer a single malt with a Cuban cigar, which our crew would gladly serve you.
Navaimaa offers a number of water sports activities with equipment including a Jet tender zodiac, water skis, a jet ski, wake board, banana ride, 4 sets of scuba gear, fishing gear and snorkelling gear onboard.
Cabin
Navaimaa has 4 guest cabins, it can welcome 8 - 10 guests.
All cabins has its own ensuite bathroom, A/C, storage area.
1 Master Cabin :
Located on the lower deck, features a king size bed with settee under a large window.
1 VIP Cabin :
Located on the lower deck, features a queen size bed, port windows.
2 Deluxe Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin features two twin beds as well as a Pullman berth, port windows.
Diving
- 3 dives per day, and 1 night dive per week.
- No dive on the embarkation and disembarkation day.
- Only 1 - 2 dives will be provided on the last diving day.
- All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
- Free snorkeling gears available on request, must pre-book.

About Diving
All diving guests are offered a maximum of 3 dives per day, with an additional night dive per week. Certified Divers may only participate diving and are required to show their license cards for registration. A PADI certified English speaking Diving Instructor/Dive Master, will guide all dives. Skipping any dives does not entitle for any refunds.
About Surfing
Surfing is not available on a standard charter. Guests who wish to surf shall request for a Surf Charter at the time of the reservation. On Surfing Charters, diving is not available, and the vessel will sail routes to Maldives’ highly renowned surf breaks and guests will be offered daily surfing opportunities. Guests are requested to bring in their own gear for surfing. For surf gear hire, requests shall be made at the time of the reservation.

Central Maldives
Best time for diving
December to April, Central Maldives is suitable for diving year-round, these months are the Northeast dry season, and it's the time for best visibility and weather condition.
The visibility range between 20 - 40 meters year-round. And the currents are usually mild to intermediate. Diving depth range from 10 - 40 meters.
About temperatures
Air : range between 27°C - 32°C year-round.
Sea : very stable and warm, range from 28°C - 30°C year-round.
Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a dive Skin or 3 mm wetsuit throughout the year.
Diver requirement
Suitable for all levels, but to enjoy the best out of it, we recommend an AOW level with 30 dives.

The embarkation / disembarkation for Central Maldives cruise will be in Malé, guests need to fly in/out to Velana International Airport (MLE).

Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travellers over the age of 9 months arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.
Money Matters
The local currency is the Maldivian Rufiyaa (Rf), all liveaboards accept cash payments in USD or EUR.
Most travel-related costs will be billed in the major global currencies such as USD, EUR, as well as credit cards. The ATMs will only provide cash in Maldivian Rufiyaa.
Drones
Flying a drone is legal in the Maldives, but we recommend being aware of and compliant with the drone regulations. Please check Maldives Civil Aviation Authority for details.

North Maldives
Best time for diving
June to November, North Maldives offers great diving all year, especially in the Far North Atolls, you can expect sunny skies most of the year. And in Hanifaru Bay, each year during June to November is the famous cyclone feeding, which is a rare and spectacular event where over 100 manta rays can feed together and create a chain which the head of each manta ray touches the tail of the manta in front. This creates a huge spiral of up to 200 mantas along with their fellow plankton feeders the Whale Shark.

Air : range between 27°C - 32°C year-round.
Sea : very stable and warm, range from 27°C - 29°C year-round.
Wetsuit Recommendation
We recommend a dive Skin or 3 mm wetsuit throughout the year.
