Dive trip with Katharina - 9 nights

Boat

Katharina is a 35 meters long, 8.6 meter wide traditional Indonesian “Phinisi” built in Kalimantan using the best grades of iron wood. It is already for many years specialized in culture and adventure cruises along inaccessible and remote areas of the Lesser Sunda Islands.

Katharina has been conceived and equipped to accommodate small groups of passengers for cruising along the Indonesian archipelago, offering an excellent standard of reliability, safety and comfort. Not only is the Katharina very elegant on the water, she is also fast becoming a classic yacht as very few of these original designs remain.

Katharina was built in 1995, but always much attention has been given to the vessel's maintenance, heeding to an annual docking period and periodical checks to the all major technical installations on board.

Katharina provided with all kinds of sea entertainment like sea-fishing gears, kayaks, body boards and snorkel gears. as well as cooking classes, free-diving, rock climbing, kite surfing, wake boarding, etc.

If you wish to sleep outside of your cabin on the deck during the cruise, there are also number of light sleeping bags and special mattresses available.

Katharina do NOT offer Scuba Diving on board. Depending on itinerary, and the notice of dive interest at the time of booking, we can arrange an opportunity for guests on board to do scuba dive, it's for private charter only, we could arrange scuba diving up to 2 dives a day for maximum of 8 divers per charter.

Cabin

Katharina has 6 comfortable cabins, it can welcome up to 12 guests.

All cabins offer all necessary amenities including private bathrooms, individually controlled AC and storage space including a minisafe for valuables.

2 Double Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with a double bed, portholes.

2 Triple Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with one double bed and one upper single bunk bed, portholes.

2 Twin Cabins :
Located on the lower deck, each cabin comes with two single beds in bunk style, portholes.

Diving

• Scuba diving is only possible for private charter only.
• Scuba diving can be arrange for up to 2 dives per day.
• Scuba diving can be arrange for up to 8 divers per trip.
• Free diving is welcome on every trip for unlimited dives.
• Kayaks, SUPs, Snorkelling equipment. Fishing gear available.
